Is this a bot?
No. There is no widget, no chat bubble, and no auto-ack pretending to be a person. Skerry is a written operator on your inbound: we write the reply to your voice and your rules, and we send it as you. We use tools the way any operator does. The product you buy is the reply and the booking, not a model on your site.
Do you send as us?
Yes. From your domain, in your thread, so the buyer is writing to you. The conversation lives in your mailbox. We do not BCC you on a side account and hope you notice the meeting.
What if you say the wrong thing?
Week one is approve-then-send, so the expensive mistakes happen on a draft. After that: a rules sheet, a list of things we will never assert (price we do not have, dates we cannot keep, legal positions), and a hard escalate. If we still get it wrong, we say so in the same thread, in your voice, and we own the correction. You can take over any conversation at any time. We would rather send you a thread than invent a number.
Data / EU — where does the mail go?
We process what we need to write and book: the inquiry, the thread, the calendar holds, the rules sheet. We act as your processor. EU hosting. A DPA on request. We do not sell the data. We do not use your threads to train public models. Access is limited to the operators on your account. When you leave, we return or delete working copies on the timeline in the DPA. We are not your CRM of record — you already have mail and a calendar.
Will they know it wasn’t me?
They will know they got a serious first reply from your company, fast. We write as the firm (or as the named person you choose), in the register you already use. We do not put “sent by Skerry” in the footer. If a buyer asks a question only you can answer, we do not improvise. We book the time or we pass it.
What if we only get three inquiries a month? What if we get eighty?
Three good inquiries at a €5k+ deal size is why this exists — one recovered conversation pays for a long time. Eighty is a different machine. The audit is there to say which side you are on. We will not take a support load and call it inbound.
What hours are “under five minutes,” and what happens to a 21:00 form-fill?
08:00–18:00 CET, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the coverage calendar we agree. A lead at 21:00 gets the first reply at the open of the next window, still written, still in voice — not a night-time robot. If your buyers are only in one country, we can align the window on the audit.
How do you learn our voice, and can we stop this?
We start from your sent mail, not from a brand adjective list. You approve the rules sheet. Week one, you approve each send. Month to month after the 14-day pilot. Stop before the next invoice; we disconnect and give you the log. We do not hold the inbox hostage.
Do we have to get on a call?
No. The audit is written. We reply from hello@getskerry.com with two times that work, or we say no. If a live conversation would help later, we still confirm times by email. Marc does not take inbound calls.
